DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
I am an administrative professional with over 30 years of experience. My educational background and professional experiences obtained in printing, advertising, residential remodeling, television production and drug testing have presented me with the opportunity to bring many areas of expertise to the field of real estate, an industry where the ability to wear many hats is a valuable asset to making this business a success.
Having worked at RE/MAX Associated Realty has given me the opportunity to develop systems and procedures to facilitate communications companywide. Additionally, I have created an internal infrastructure to help agents live more abundantly through the services we provide. My focus has been on providing superior service in a company, be it to a client, coworker or management. This is the reason for being.
In an administrative support capacity, I understand the need for someone who is organized and can prioritize, yet remains flexible throughout the workday; and the importance for someone in this position to handle situations under pressure with a positive, can-do attitude and desire to succeed, while bringing excellent judgment, tact, integrity and discretion to the position. These qualities I am very passionate about. Hence, the development of a back-office team of professionals to carry out these principles to serve our agents, as they are our clients and our first priority.
